Our janitorial service operates under the principles of God the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS), which ensures a purposeful, efficient, customer-focused execution of services. In addition, we offer comprehensive green cleaning solutions under the guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

 

Our process is simple. First we listen to clearly understand your expectations and the specific tasks that need to be accomplished within your facility. Then we develop a custom proposal that covers the work to be completed, scheduling, staffing, equipment, key performance indicators, processes and other elements that are essential in meeting your standards.

 

Finally we implement the approved program through staffing, training and set up of detailed procedures and monitoring systems. In addition to the daily monitoring and feedback system, we meet with you quarterly to review results, obtain feedback and refine the program as needed.

 

We do not have a “standard” service, because every facility is unique and the expectations and needs of each customer are different. That is why we create a custom solution for each customer we serve.
